We clean surfaces / equipment that are easily accessible to us from floor level. For such cleaning, we do not use ladders, small stairs, etc.
Cleaning at the level above the line that we can reach is included in major cleaning, which is an additional service.
We do not work with broken equipment, e.g. a broken vacuum cleaner or mop.
We reserve the right to leave certain areas uncleaned or to omit certain steps in cleaning, if the customer does not provide the necessary cleaning supplies.
We do not work if the customer's dog is inside the apartment or the house - however, it is ok for cats to be inside while we are cleaning.
Please remember that many years of mismanagement cannot usually be fixed with the help of a regular, simple house cleaning. We cannot make something that is very worn look like new, so we ask you to remember that what we are doing is cleaning and removing dirt. We are very conscientious and honest in our work, but we are not capable of performing miracles 😉
Cleaning the kitchen:
- Cleaning the sink, countertops and taps
- Wiping tiles above the sink
- External wiping of all kitchen cabinets' doors from outside
- Cleaning of all open surfaces, e.g. tables, chairs, windowsills, etc.
- Vacuuming of skirting boards/mouldings
- Cleaning of doors (spot cleaning only, i.e. where there are stains)
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Wiping the garbage space under the sink
- Emptying the coffee machine (coffee grounds/ coffee capsules) + washing the coffee pot
- Washing the microwave (both inside and on top) if easily accessible (i.e. accessible from floor level)
- We put the dishes in the dishwasher + empty the dishwasher a maximum of once per cleaning occasion
- Disposal of garbage
Bathroom and toilet:
- Cleaning of the shower cubicle and bathtub
- Cleaning the sink and toilet
- Cleaning taps and pipes that are easily accessible if easily accessible from floor level
- Cleaning/drying of walls and tiles (spot washing only, e.g. where there are visible stains)
- Wiping mirrors
- External dusting of bathroom furniture and appliances
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Disposal of garbage
Living room:
- Vacuuming of floors, carpets, skirting boards/mouldings
- Mopping floors
- Dusting of furniture, lamps, windowsills, radiators, doors, frames, moldings, connectors and free surfaces if easily accessible (i.e. accessible from floor level)
- Changing the beds - the option to change the bed linen, depending on the room, is available
- Disposal of garbage
